After being fully immersed in the Michigan Farmlands from behind the wheel of a 49cc moped, I discovered a local hidden gem: The Dixboro Project.
Our first delightfulWeekend unfolds across select Friday & Saturday evenings in September & October, at the height of apple cider season.
Limited to just 16 evenings for the entire season, our adventure begins with a brief, optional guided moped journey along winding gravel back roads, followed by a visit to a local apple cider mill, where curated tastings await upon arrival.
As dusk approaches, the evening carries into the historic village of Dixboro, quietly tucked just 20 minutes outside Ann Arbor.
Join me for a thoughtfully crafted, 3.2-hour, semi-private, multi-course guided culinary experience that's truly one of a kind. All proceeds support the creation of handcrafted Invincible Capes for children.
